Brooke's time in DSW included being a valet for Daniel Rodimer, Personal Assistant to General Manager Krissy Vaine, and wrestling in numerous matches.

On January 23, 2007, Brooke Adams made her debut on WWE programming. She was part of the ECW brand, along with Kelly Kelly and Layla El, collectively known as "Extreme Expos." The ladies performed weekly dance routines on ECW on Sci Fi. During this time, Brooke competed in numerous WWE Diva contests and matches, including August 26, 2007, at SummerSlam 2007, where she competed in an Interpromotional Divas Battle Royal. The battle royal, was a match to determine the #1 contender for the WWE Women's Championship. Brooke was the 1st of 12 Divas to be eliminated... thrown over the top ropes by Beth Phoenix. Extreme Expose were also booked in an angle where they all competed for the affection of The Miz.

Unfortunately for Brooke, she was released from her WWE contract on November 1, 2007. During her short stint on WWE programming, Brooke Adams appeared for the WWE in rapper Timbaland's music video "Throw It On Me," featuring The Hives. Ashley, Kelly Kelly, Layla El, Torrie Wilson, and Maryse also appeared in the video.

This was short lived, and on the October 14, 2010 airing of TNA iMPACT, Eric Bischoff fired Ms. Tessmacher, and made her part of the Knockouts Division. Tessmacher made her TNA in-ring debut on the December 16, 2010 airing of Impact, where she was teamed with Mickie James, in a tournament for the vacant TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship. They were defeated by Madison Rayne and Tara, due to VP of the Knockouts Karen Jarrett distracting referee Earl Hebner, so they could pick up a cheap win.
