My TNA Wresting Debut !
Hey MySpacers !

A few people have asked me why I chose to go to TNA. Not nearly as many as have suggested that I go to TNA over the past couple years, but it has been been asked. Before I can answer that, I have to address why I left WWE. I left because I didn’t enjoy my role, and I didn’t see it changing. That, in addition to the brutal travel schedule, made it an easy choice for me to walk away and leave the opportunity available to one of the scores of female wrestlers who were anxiously awaiting their chance.

TNA approached me with the offer to come to their organization, work a less rigorous schedule, and more importantly, wrestle to the best of my ability with no limitations.

Several people have debated whether this will effect my chance at one day being elected into the WWE Hall of Fame. I am flattered at my name even being mentioned with such an honor. And whether or not you believe that I am worthy, I really don’t think that WWE will hold it against me for doing other things after I left. I truly believe that I gave 100% every day with WWE, and that I went above and beyond what was expected of me. I think that if I am happy with my choices, then they are happy for me. Of course they took me off their website. They can’t promote talent with another organization. But again, I’d like to think that on a personal level, they are happy for me.

—This past Sunday at TNA Sacrifice, Taylor Wilde defeated Daffney in the Knockouts Monster’s Ball Match, and Angelina Love defeated Awesome Kong to retain the Knockouts Title. Both matches left much to be desired, as Taylor vs. Daffney’s purpose was to further Abyss’ storyline with Richards, and while Angelina retained her title, she for the most part got no offense against Kong.

—On another note, Lisa Marie Varon, better known was 2-Time WWE Women’s Champion, Victoria, is set to make her debut on this week’s iMPACT!, Be sure to tune in.

—The Awesome Kong vs. Cute Kip stretcher match drew huge ratings, drawing an a 1.37 quarter, one of the biggest quarter hour numbers in several weeks.

Molly Holly - Wrestlemania 25

—It would be dreadful to continue beating a dead horse, on how horrendous Wrestlemania 25 was for the WWE Divas, so let’s shine the spotlight on the non-contracted Divas of the past that were featured on the show—certainly the WWE didn’t make their appearance felt enough.

The WWE added photos of all the participants in the 25-Diva Battle Royal, including Divas of the Past; Sunny, Torrie Wilson, Victoria, Molly Holly, Jackie Gayda Haas, and Joy Giovanni. Torrie and Victoria, from the not too distant past looked the same as their last appearances in the WWE. Jackie Gayda Haas, and Joy Giovanni were definitely the surprise Diva alumni, it is still a sight to see Jackie with her darker hair, however, the awards go to Sunny and Molly Holly.

After over 10-years, Sunny looks great, and sure, she’s had her ups and downs, over the years, but today she would be a great asset as a personality in the WWE. Molly Holly on the other hand was the highlight of the entire battle royal, sporting her original WWE gimmick, the happy go lucky Molly Holly, and frankly, she could pick right back up with that gimmick and work in the current WWE Women’s Divisions.

My girl Victoria!
Current mood: chill

Ok well I know it’s a lil late but I just wanted to comment on my very good buddy Victoria’s retirement from WWE. All I can say is that I feel very lucky to have been able to work with this girl and better yet…be her travel partner for so long. There are many times that we were on the road together that I seriously knew in my heart I wouldn’t be plugging along every week without her by my side. She kept me laughing nonstop and also helped me through one of the deepest darkest periods of my life. That is a true friend and she is one for life!
Not only was Victoria, in my opinion, the best female wrestler that WWE has seen in years…she was also the most unselfish. I mean this by saying that she always did her best to make her opponent look the very best that she could. Never was there any jealousy on her part because someone was getting a bigger “nudge” on t.v. and she was just there to make everybody look like the best dang wrestler possible. That, unfortunately, can be very rare. Sometimes it can be a big “game” with those that THINK they are better than everyone else..and they try with all their being to make the person they are fighting look much worse than they really are. Of course, I have had this happen to me on many occasions with others that shall remain nameless but never ever one time did this happen with Victoria.
I may not be remembered for my extreme wrestling skills, but I can definitely say that I gave my all every single time I stepped into that ring. I had the best matches of my entire career with that crazy woman known as Victoria and I only wish I could have had more of them with her. Yes, it truly is the end of an era…and I hope that all of you wrestling fans out there know just how much she gave for all of you and can appreciate it. She certainly deserves it!
…on a totally different note, I saw the movie “The Wrestler” the other day and agree with the masses in saying it was nothing short of magnificent! I cried a few times and felt very nostalgic for what I called my career for 8 years. I can’t believe how spot on so many things were! I miss you all so much and hope you know how much all of your letters in the mail and messages on myspace mean to me….and I am seriously trying to return the pics sent to me but I am having a hard time keeping up!
Oh! One more thing! My guy Nick is having another MMA fight this Friday in Houston and I can’t wait to tell you how he knocked out YET ANOTHER in the first round!
Love you!
Torrie
