On the October 10, 2012 episode of WWE NXT, Paige and Audrey Marie competed in tag team action against Kaitlin and Alicia Fox

WWE Divas – October 10, 2012 NXT Match:
Paige and Audrey Marie vs. Kaitlyn and Alicia Fox

—Paige and Kaitlyn start things off, as Kaitlyn hits Paige with a knee to the gut, followed by a headlock. Paige takes control of the match and tags in Audrey. Audrey’s in control now as she’s executing some nice submission holds on Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn’s able to escape, and she scoops Audrey up and brings her to her corner for Alicia to tag in. Audrey doesn’t realize Alicia was tagged in until Alicia breaks up the pin she had Kaitlyn in. We see some nice back and forth action between Alicia and Audrey. Alicia has had enough of Audrey, which prompts her to tag in Kaitlyn. Audrey has the match in her hands, until Kaitlyn counters with a nice forward slam. Kaitlyn and Alicia Fox tag in and out as we see some nice teamwork from the two. Audrey makes a comeback, and tags Paige in just as Kaitlyn is tagging Alicia Fox in. Paige is on fire as she takes Alicia down. Paige goes for a pin, but Kaitlyn comes in to break it up. Audrey comes in to get Kaitlyn, but Kaitlyn cuts those plans short and throws her out of the ring. Alicia goes for a scoop slam, but Paige counters, rams Alicia into Kaitlyn, and rolls her up for the win.

Winner(s): Paige and Audrey Marie

Thoughts:Although I felt this match was a bit sloppy and slow at certain points, it wasn’t a bad match. It was different seeing Kaitlyn play a heel during this match. Kaitlyn and Alicia did a great job as a team mainly because of their teamwork. I loved how Audrey got a good amount of ring time. I feel like people don’t give Audrey the credit she deserves. I mean, she’s not one of the best, but she’s not one of the worst. Her in-ring skills do need a bit more work, but she’s not a bad wrestler in my opinion. As always, Paige didn’t fail to impress me. It would have been nice if she had more time in the ring during the match, but her working more towards the end was necessary because between her and Audrey, she’s the more credible wrestler, and it makes more sense for her to pick up the win for the team.

Nice match. Paige and Audrey are naturals in the ring, which really shows Kaitlyn’s weaknesses, despite growing tremendously as a wrestler in the past few years. Paige can really do great things on the main roster. Adding her gimmick, with the already anit-Diva AJ, could really be the future of the Women’s Division. AJ and Paige would be really great babyfaces to face Kharma, if the WWE were to bring her back.

It kind of sucks that Paige can’t debut yet for WWE. From what I’ve read online, they’re waiting until she turns 21 to call her up, which shouldn’t be that much longer since she is currently 20. But geez, can they make a one-time exception?I mean, they had K2 debut when she was only 18.lol

haha, that rumor did not make its way to my eyeball (lol). Why would that be an issue?… Considering not to long ago, Kelly Kelly was on WWE programming at 19.

It was a new company policy, not to call up anyone under the age of 21, soo we have to wait for Paige in about a year before she could be called up to the main roster.
