Was there live in Las Vegas for Awesome Kong versus Taylor Wilde match. Great television match, with a really hot crowd. It definitely deserved a spot on the list.

Gail Kim versus Mickie James was another great match. The ladies delivered in their main event spot. And of course it was lethalwow’s 2011 TNA match of the year.

Yeah Victoria is leaving a real legacy behind when she retires. The other Taylor-Kong matches were slightly better but they were really working through their kinks then, they had a second rate Gail Kim feel to it, this one came off more original and i felt they delivered a lot more. Yeah it was cool Gail and Angelina had a bit of a back story to add to the feud, though still not happy Roxxi got shafted in favor of Gail lol, they could have made it a tag match at least.

I’ve never been that crazy about Mickie and Gail’s matches together. They just don’t click and both their PPV matches and their main event match left me wondering if that was really *it*. But there was a match on Impact that I really loved when Gail was feuding with Madison. Roxxi vs Hamada was fantastic, best match of the New Year’s Knockout Eve and wouldn’t look out of place at a SHIMMER event. Gail vs Angelina is one of my favourite matches and I loved how they used clips from their indie days in the build-up to it. I’d never seen that Taylor vs Kong match, it was short but still felt pretty good. Tara vs Kong I loved as well, forgot about her being the only woman to wrestle in cages in both WWE and TNA
