—A rumor hitting the internet, is that Olympic winner Diana Lopez is interested in a deal with the WWE. Diana is a Taekwondo competitor, who won the Bronze medal for the USA in the 2008 Beijing Games.

—WWE recently signed Anna Bogomazova to a development contract. Another woman with a Taekwondo background. Anna Bogomazova has won numerous Kickboxing awards, and is now known in NXT as “Anya.” Anya is an impressive 6’1″.

—During the taping for the August 24, 2012 episode of WWE Smackdown, there was a celebration for Eve Torres, whose birthday was on that day (August 21). Eve Torres turned 28. She posted the following picture on Twitter…

—On August 20, 2012, the second episode of NBC’s Stars Earn Stripes aired, titled “Search and Destroy.” Eve Torres advanced, and Terry Crews was eliminated from the show. Eve Torres was Immune from elimination on the episode.

—2012 Miss USA and Tough Enough competitor Rima Fakih was asked on Twitter if she was “gonna join wwe again?” She responded with “They don’t want me.” Tough Enough contestants Ivelisse Velez and Christina Crawford were recently released from their WWE contract.

—ODB and Eric Young recently became the longest TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions in history. Their reign has lasted 178days. ODB was last seen on Impact Wrestling in an August 23, 2012 backstage segment.

—WWE.com released a new rank titled “15 Superstars and Divas that should return for one more match.” Former WWE Divas Michelle McCool and Trish Stratus made it on the list. Trish Stratus ranked at #6, and Michelle McCool ranked at #13.
