—On July 23, 2012, on the 1,000th episode of WWE Raw, the ground-breaking faction of D-Generation X reunited to start the show. Seeing Billy Gunn, Road Dogg, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, and X-Pac together was a mark-out moment for most WWE fans. Unfortunately, Chyna was not part of the reunion, one of two women that were part of the faction. Chyna had the following to say on the reunion via Twitter…

Hi everyone. Just wanted to check in & offer my congrats on the 1000 episode of Raw. I was not asked to appear but I have a few thoughts.

I am very proud to have played a role in the history making event that Raw is. I have many found memories from my time there.

To all the WWE fans, Thank You for welcoming us into your living rooms each week and into your lives. We are who we are because of you.

People have asked me about Eddie Guerrero many times. I would like to keep my memories of him to myself.

However, for this event, let me say that Eddie was a talented performer & a very good friend. He always made me feel special in the ring.

R.I.P. to the great Eddie Guerrero. I love you and miss you from you’re “Mamacita”, Chyna

As for Degeneration X, the most powerful group in the history of the WWE, I am very proud to have been a part of that.

And if you’re not down with DX, I have two words for you: SUCK IT! XOXO!

Chyna was ranked #2 on Lethalwow.com’s Top 5 Most-Over WWE Divas in WWE Raw History, and #4 on the Top 10 Former WWE Divas who should appear Raw’s 1,000th Episode.

—There is a rumor making its way across the internet that Velvet Sky may be done with TNA Wrestling. Mike Johnson at pwinsider.com reported the following…

TNA Knockout Velvet Sky has either finished or will be finishing up with TNA shortly, according to numerous sources. One source tonight noted that Sky is “as gone as can be without having pen to paper”.
Sky, one of the most popular females in the promotion, has been with TNA since 2007. A former Knockouts and Knockouts Tag Team champion, most recently, she was cast in a Montgomery Gentry music video through the company.

Sky’s status with the company has been tenuous for several weeks, although she’s been in negotiations for a new potential deal. Most signs have pointed to her exit.

Sky worked the TNA Basebrawl event in Memphis several weeks back, which may end up having been her final appearance for the company. She is currently booked for a Legends of the Ring convention in New Jersey the same weekend as TNA’s Bound for Glory festivities as well.

Love’s former Beautiful People partner Angelina Love also recently left the promotion.

Anything can happen in the wrestling business, but this is still just a rumor at this point. She has been pushed more so than any other Knockout in the past year, so her motive if this is the case would point to something other than not being used. We will have to wait and see, like with Kharma.

As for Angelina, it would be very interesting if they were both not under contract, as far as whether the WWE would pick them up, and book a similar Beautiful People angle.

She’s really now done it all in the promotion for now…maybe it’s time to try her pastures somewhere else for a couple of years…

I find it very interesting that both her and Angelina Love are non-contracted Wrestlers.
