TNA Knockouts – May3, 2012 iMpact Match
Gail Kim & Madison Rayne vs. Brooke Tessmacher & Velvet S

- Out first are TNA Knockouts Champion Gail Kim and her BFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF Madison Rayne . Followed by new Number One Contender Brooke Tessmacher, and their constant arch nemesis Velvet Sky. The dastardly duo waste no time and attack them from behind. Madison kicks Brooke out while Gail lays into Velvet. Kim continues to lay it to Sky, and throws her into Madison’s corner, while she boots Tessmacher back to the floor, Rayne uses this advantage and slaps her weakened prey around a little Gail tries to send Velvet off the rope, but the former Champion reverses it and lays Gail out with a clothesline, then a set of jaw breakers and then a nice Wheelbarrow Arm Drag, before laying Gail out with a nice, crisp Headscissors Takedown. Sky goes running again, but Madison isn’t letting her have the room and bashes her int he back of the head. Gail then hits a flying knee and throws Sky back into the bad guy corner. She chokes Velvet out, while Madison leisurely gets int he ring, and boots Velvet a couple times and then chokes her with her hands. Madison breaks at about a four and a half count and tags in her BFF (if you wanna know just how many F’s look above. I will not re-type that). They throw Velvet into another corner and Gail hits her through the ropes Crossbody, before yanking Velvet down by her hair. Kim plays up to the crowd, before tagging in Madison Rayne, Gail pulls Velvet up by a leg, drops down in a nifty knee breaker, as Madison lays Sky out with a Step Up Mule Kick, which earns her a close two count. Madison argues with the ref, while she sets up her Scissors Stomp Facebuster, all the while gleefully waving to her adoring crowd. Madison smashes Velvet’s face off the canvas. Madison argues with the ref that what she did was perfectly legal, which gives Sky the moment she needs to deliver some stiff chops, but in the end Madison drives her into the corner and tags in Gail, who lays her out with a kick. Gail then takes her down with a Flying Clotheslines and throws her into the corner, Gail sets Velvet on the top turnbuckle and goes for a Super Hurricarranna, but Velvet blocks and takes Kim down with a HUGE Diving Bulldog! Velvet tags in Brooke, and she cleans the proverbial house, a slap, a nice dropkick and  a nifty side Hurricanranna. Tessmacher tries to dead lift the champ, but Gail wiggles free and takes her down with a clothesline. Gail tries to hit the Eat Defeat Jaw Breaker, but Brooke blocks.  The number one contender shoves Gail away, which leads to Madison attacking her, but Velvet comes to her teammates rescue and takes Madison out of the ring. Brooke tries to kick Gail in the face, but Gail catches her. The Knockouts champion mocks her challenger, but that mockery ends up being her downfall as Tessmacher turns the move into Gail’s Eat Defeat, and pins the champion, WITH HER OWN FINISHING MOVE.

Winners: Velvet Sky & Brooke Tessmacher at 4:49

Thoughts: YOWZAA! What a match. From the pre-bell attack to the Eat Defeat Finish all four ladies were on fire. Velvet sold Gail and Maison’s offense awesomely. Gail played the dominant Heel Champion to a tee. Madison played the understudy lackey, and showed while she remains one of the best Knockouts on the rooster. And Brooke. Brooke Muthaeffin’ Tessmacher. She showed just why she is getting a knockouts championship match at the Sacrifice PPV.

Also: Look what I found! XPLOSION MATCHES! The first features Tara and Winter from two weeks ago, the second features Velvet Sky and Sarita. Enjoyyy!
