Top 25 Ranking of 2011 – #6:
Hailey Hatred

Hailey Hatred—This year, Hailey Hatred lands at #6 on Lethalwow.com’s Annual Top 25 Ranking. While Lethalwow.com only covers Women’s Wrestling in the United States, Hailey Hatred‘s accomplishments—primarily in Japan, could not go unnoticed. Despite moving to Japan, Hailey Hatred’s buzz in the United States has been tremendous.

For many female wrestlers, it is a dream to wrestle in Japan; however, most will never experience the success that Hailey Hatred has had in the past year. On August 8, 2011, Hailey Hatred defeated Kaori Yoneyama to win the JWP Openweight Championship in Osaka, Japan. Hailey Hatred became the first foreigner to hold the Championship. Haily’s reign lasted 181 Days, before losing the belt to Tsubasa Kuragaki on December 23, 2011. On November 13, 2011, Hailey also captured the JWP Tag Team Championship with Kaori Yoneyama. These were just the highlights of her year in Japan.

In 2011, Hailey Hatred also made her debut for Shimmer. On Shimmer Women Athletes Volume 41, Hailey Hatred defeated Kalamity. And on the taping for Shimmer Women Athletes Volume 42, Hailey Hatred and Kalamity were defeated by Mena Libra and Melanie Cruise.

The Internet community did not let her accomplishments go unnoticed. Her accolades included Ringbellesonline.com‘s Wrestler of the year, being Ranked #4 on Diva-Dirt.com‘s Women of the Year 2011, and much more.

Tag Team Top 10 of 2011 – #6:
Mexican America
Sarita & Rosita

—This year, Sarita & Rosita rank #6 on Lethalwow’com’s Tag Team Top 10. Sarita previously ranked #10 in 2010, and #1 in 2009 with Taylor Wilde.

In 2011, Sarita enlisted the help of her on-screen cousin Rosita—real name Thea Trinidad. Rosita made her TNA debut on the February 10, 2011 edition of Impact, in a eight knockout tag team match… Rosita pinned Velvet Sky in the match. Around the same time, Rosita and Sarita became associated with Hernandez, to become known as Mexican America. The trio were later joined by Anarquia. Sarita and Rosita quickly found themselves the number one contenders for the Knockouts Tag-Team Championship, and on March 13, 2011, at TNA Victory Road, Sarita and Rosita defeated Angelina & Winter to win the TNA Knockout Tag Team titles. Their reign as champs lasted 121 days, and the ladies lost the belts on the July 21, 2011 edition of Impact Wrestling, to Tara and Brooke Tessmacher. The ladies got a rematch on August 7, 2011 at Hardcore Justice; however, they were unable to regain the belts.

Throughout the rest of the year, Sarita and Rosita continued to be part of the Knockouts Division, and played vital roles in Mexican America. Other highlights included Sarita defending the TNA Tag-Titles, in a mixed team team match at Turning Point (Mexican America (Anarquia, Hernandez and Sarita) (c) defeated Ink Inc. (Jesse Neal, Shannon Moore and Toxxin)). Sarita pinned Toxxin in the match, to have Hernandez and Anarquia retain the belts.
