—Pwinsider.com has reported that former WWE Divas Mickie James is set to sign a contract with TNA wrestling. Mike Johnson reported the following…

As PWInsider.com broke a few hours ago in our Elite section, we’ve heard from multiple sources today that TNA and former WWE Women’s champion Mickie James have come to terms and if they haven’t already, will be signing a deal shortly.
Sources indicate TNA President Dixie Carter personally signed James, who is expected to debut next month, likely on the 10/7 live Impact or 10/10 Bound for Glory PPV.

Another source believed James was putting pen to paper today, which I could not confirm. TNA sources absolutely indicated they were aware of the signing.

—The September 21, 2010 edition WWE NXT dropped in viewers. PWInsider.com reported the following…

The new broadcast TV season continues to erode WWE’s ratings as NXT did just a 0.81 rating with 1,050,000 viewers.

On the show, we saw A.J. win two NXT Rookie Diva Challenges; Musical Chairs, and a Talk the Talk challenge. The show also saw Naomi, Jamie & Kelly Kelly defeat Kaitlyn & Lay-Cool, and A.J. defeated Maxine. Undoubtedly, it was A.J’s night. Still, the best part of the show was the ongoing feud between Vickie Guerrero and Kaitlyn, and seeing Naomi go at it int he ring.

Here are the spoilers for the September 28 edition of WWE NXT
