This week on Raw, Alicia Fox defeated Kelly Kelly with an axe kick. The purpose of this match was to build Alicia as a capable number one contender for Melina’s Divas title. This match was under three minutes, and not as eventful as the last showing between these two. For the match, Alicia was accompanied by Jillian, and Kelly Kelly was accompanied by Gail Kim—The ladies were basically ringside cheerleaders, with no involvement in the match. The only assumed explanation for their presence, would be that the pair of ladies will be on opposing teams in Survivor Series’ Tag Team Elimination Match.

During the match, it was announced that Alicia will get her title match on next week’s Raw at Madison Square Garden.
